World of the Blacksmiths

World of the Blacksmiths

Long ago in a land not known to man thrived a civilization governed by the 3 laws of the universe. Balance, solidarity and goat cheese. For thousands of years, peace was a warm blanket on everyday life. The notion of war and lactose intolerance was unknown to the people of the land. The elders told stories of those that were unfortunate and unable to bear the essence and enjoy the fruits of goat cheese. Life was as perfect as it can be. Life was the embodiment of what the universe laid out for them. Beyond their borders, in the northern realm, things were not so peaceful. In the ancient land of Haldurin, there lived a wretched king, whose soul lay waste to the very land. The people suffered, the cheese curdled, goats were scarce. The king created a cheese substitute for the people, but the taste was unbalanced and it caused them great unsettling of the bowels. The people cried out for a hero! One who could save them from their indescribable longing. Until finally, the inevitable was fast approaching and the king of Haldurin assembled his army of fermented demons. The days of peace were slowly coming to a sunset and a twilight of death laid hands on the Goat cheese kingdom. It’s people were frighten, anxious but reluctant to face the truth.

The truth was; war was upon them. The cheese fattened goat herders needed to bear arms once again. Generations passed since the last noble Goat Kingdom had a real war, the populations was not suited for battle. They had no discipline, no strategies and no warrior tradition, except for one tribe: The Mountain Goat Folk and their famed Renin warriors. The mountain tribe lived in harmony with the goats, cultivating and training them for riding, climbing mountain steeps with their overgrown toenails and hardened fingers, drinking goat milk directly from their teeth. Their culture revolved around organized gladiator battles in which the looser needed to sacrifice his prized goat to make Kefir, a ancient remedy for bad indigestion that was rumored to have magical properties of curing the infamous curse of lactose intolerance. They were the last hope for all goat lovers. The realms of the Goat Kingdom rallied and decided upon a champion messenger that will climb to the dangerous mountain, up to the Mountain tribe and ask for guidance from their generals and hardened warriors. This messengers name was Lord Parmigiano.
Lord Parmigiano soon began his climb after little preparation. Lord Parmigiano was a strong brawny man with little to nothing for a brain, he skipped up the mountain pass ,often getting distracted by the many interesting creatures that thrived in the pass. Creatures that were little and cute and creatures that were large and fearsome, though all were peaceful and elegant regardless of the size. Lord Parmigiano soon began to run low on food and water from all of his doting around. The young champion quickly realized this and begun to panic and then in 2 weeks he had defeated the evil king of Haldurin and returned peace and harmony to the Goat Cheese Kingdom and he became their ruler, ruling for all time. Legend has it that you can still hear his voice and his warriors in battle when you climb the mountain pass and visit the Kingdom where his angelic spirit watches over his people and his Kingdom for all time. He is
Lord Parmigiano, ruler of the Blacksmiths and The Goat Cheese Kingdom!
